TERMS AND CONDITION
GENERAL
• You are purchasing a digital file only (no physical print).
• No cancellations or refunds once work has started.
• Pricing may increase based on complexity (characters, background). Final price will be agreed upon before starting.
• I may request permission to post the finished work on my social media. (You may decline)
• Fixed art style only.
• Up to four (4) revisions included.
PROCESS
• Turnaround time: 1 week to 2 months, depending on the commission type.
• Progress updates provided every 1–2 days.
• Delays may occur due to scheduling conflicts—your patience is appreciated.
PAYMENT
• 50% down payment or full payment upfront is required before work begins.
• Remaining balance must be paid to release the final work without watermark.
• Refunds are only available if work has not yet started.
